about Gary
Gary comes from a long line of builders, doing his apprenticeship through his family's Lockwood building franchise in Paeroa. Once qualified Gary worked in the building industry locally and then overseas for 10 years, before returning to the BOP and establishing his own business. A Registered Master Builder in Tauranga since 1993, he has extensive experience and expertise in building and renovation.

Since 1995 we have been specialising in all types of housing renovations and additions, including fixing leaky homes and buildings. We can do anything from minor repairs to major renovations and additions.
We offer a complete package and will guide you through every step of your project.
We can help develop your ideas, suggest innovative options and answer any renovation or building queries. We can arrange Architectural, Draughting and design services for you. We also obtain necessary local council permits, and Code of Compliance. We employ a range of local, loyal sub-contractors.
We also perform maintenance and emergency work for ‘out of town’ clients with holiday homes at the Mount and Papamoa.
